ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

ORDERING PROCEDURE THROUGH THE E-SHOP

A special form is completed by the user with the necessary information for the conclusion of the sales contract. For each request to order sent to the  Company and for its completion, the user must accept the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, by selecting the electronic option “ACCEPT”. The user, after placing his order, will receive a reply e-mail, in which the receipt of the order request as well as the details of the order will be validated.

The user is also responsible for the correctness and legality of the information, which the  Company knows exclusively and only at the time of his declaration.

PRICES - ORDER COST

The total cost of the order is determined by the prices listed for each product as well as the shipping cost. The user will be invoiced for the total cost of their order. Skeen.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer public.

Payment methods:

By credit card. In the case of payment for products by credit card, all necessary measures are taken for the security of transactions through it and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks.
By cash on delivery at the time of receiving the products. In this case, the customer is charged a fee of 4 euros (including 24% VAT). For orders over 90€, cash on delivery is not available.
By deposit to our company's bank account. You can choose the bank that facilitates you for the deposit of the amount of your order. In the bank deposit, you must indicate your full name or order number as a reason.

By sending the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of the order confirmation within two (2) business days, which he can save.

NOTE: For shipments outside Greece, we will inform you of the shipping cost via email

DELIVERY

All orders placed until 13:00 leave our premises on the same day. From this point on, it is up to the courier to decide the delivery time of the package. According to the delivery history, delivery times in Thessaloniki are 1 business day, in mainland Greece 1-3 business days and on the islands there may be delays due to routes, 2-6 business days.

During the holiday season, there is no change in the promptness of order processing from our side, but on the courier side due to the volume of orders there may be delays.

In inaccessible areas and islands, delivery may be delayed.

The charge for the shipping cost amounts to 3.40 euros (including 24% VAT) for shipping by courier.

For orders over 60 euros, the cost of transporting the products within Greece is free.

Once the order arrives at the delivery address, the recipient's signature is requested in order for it to be delivered.

In case the information entered in the form is not correct, the company does not bear any responsibility for the possible non-delivery. Also, the company does not bear any responsibility for the delay of the order and the delivery of the product to its destination, in case of force majeure, such as during periods of extreme weather phenomena and strikes as well as in any case that may affect the timely delivery of the products.

Gift wrapping is NOT available.
