General information

Online Payments

The user is asked to disclose some personal information in order to carry out any transaction through the online store. During the ordering process, the full name, shipping address of the products, telephone number, email address are requested and in the event that payment by credit card is selected as the payment method, the number, expiration date of the card as well as the three-digit security code are requested.

The charge is made after checking the validity of the credit card, the certification of the data and the availability of the balance, so that the value of the order is covered, while the retail sales receipt is sent via electronic mail upon completion of the order and payment. In case the transaction is rejected by the competent Bank or the relevant network, then the purchase is not made.

These data are processed by the Company in accordance with the application of article 7A par.1 (b) Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order and will not be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties in any way, unless the procedure prescribed by the legislation is initiated with the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

In case of payment by credit card, the information communicated to the competent bank (e.g. credit card number) is registered directly on the secure page of the cooperating bank and is not registered in our database, thus ensuring the highest possible level of security.
